“WINTER WEDDING SPECIAL” When booking a wedding in the months of January, February or March; mention the “Winter Wedding Special” and we will waive $500.00 from the facility fee!
The facility fee for The Grand Event Center is $1200. In order to reserve a date and time, a $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable within six months.
The facility fee includes white tablecloths, white, or burgundy cloth napkins, stemware, glassware, cutlery and china. We have a variety of table decorations, that can be used alone or in combination with outside-supplied decorations. Tea lights are provided if the facility candleholders are used. The fee also includes the use of our in-house sound system. The facility will be clean and prepared according to directions specified at the time of booking and event planning.
The remainder of the facility fee and all catering and service costs are due at the conclusion of the event. Final charges will be based upon the number of guests served or the number guaranteed, whichever is greater. All prices outlined are subject to an 18% service charge and the appropriate state taxes in effect on the date of the event.
In order to prepare efficiently, preliminary guest counts and menu selections need to be made no later than 14 (14) days prior to the event. Final guest counts must be guaranteed no later than seven (7) days prior to the event.
Need a place to have your ceremony? We have had many couples choose to have their ceremony, reception and dance all in one location. An extra fee of $300.00 will be incurred.
Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the function will result in forfeiture of remaining facility fee and immediate reimbursement to The Grand for any expenditures related to the scheduled event.
