Mark your calendars now for the Annual NDDC Partnership Celebration!  Saturday, January 23rd, 6:00 – 10:00.  Live music by Scandium, Matt Arthur and The Bratlanders, Meredith Fierke and Band, and T.V. and The Bellard Yellers.

Our Johnny Holm Dinner/Dance event is filling up fast…have you reserved your tables?  Friday, December 18th the evening begins at 6:00 with socializing and hors d’oeuvres, followed by your choice of five entrees and dessert, then hitting the dance floor at 8:30!  Call 507-663-1773 to reserve your space!  This is a 21+ party.

Just Food Co-op’s annual meeting will be Tuesday, October 20th from 6:30-8:30.  Enjoy live music and tasty food samples for the first hour, followed by a brief business meeting and then a pressentation by Peter Abrahamson from Bon Appetit at St Olaf about how food service can build relationships to provide local food and reduce their carbon footprint.

Friday, October 23rd, The Northfield Rotary Club is hosting Chicago Blues Legend  “Bernard Allison.”   Show time is 8:00-11:00, with doors opening at 7:30.  Tickets are $8.00 /students  $5.00.  Tickets will be sold at the door.  Cash bar will be available.

For one of our first “Holiday” events of the 2009 season we have The Johnny Holm Band!  Gather your employees, co-workers, and friends,  Friday, December 18th.   The evening begins at 6:00 with socializing and hor d’oeuvres, followed by dinner then music and dancing.   Tickets are $50.00 per  person,  call  THE  GRAND  at  1-507-663-1773  to make your reservation!   At this time we are only taking reservations for groups of six or more.  Doors  will open to the public at 8:30, with a cover charge.

Gather your friends at THE GRAND Jesse James weekend and enjoy our musical entertainment.  Friday night is GRAYSON and local boy Chad Johnson’s CD release party!    Saturday night is the JKATS, also known as Jack Knife & the Sharps!

Friday night doors open at 6:30 with Chad performing 7:00-8:00 and Grayson performing 8:30-12:30.    

Saturday night is the JKATS!     Doors open at 8:00; music plays from 8:30-12:30.   There is no cover charge for either night!

Northfield will be hosting its Firsst Annual Jazz Festival.  Featured performances will be Friday, August 14th and Saturday, August 15th.

Performing at THE GRAND on Friday is Butch Thompson and his All Stars.  Butch is considered the premier traditional jazz pianist in America today.  Doors will open at 6:30 with tickets available at the door.  Performance will go from 7:30 – 9:30.
