The Grand Event Center, Northfield

Come listen to some great music by Grayson with Northfield’s own Chad Johnson opening.  Saturday, May 23…doors open at 7:00 with music starting at 8:00.  There is a $5.00 cover at the door.

Grayson has played the Basilica Block Party and will be performing at Moondance Jam and Country Fest.

Gather all the girls in your life; friends, sisters, mothers, grandmothers,  aunts, cousins, co-workers and neighbors  for an evening of pampering and fun for all women!  Friday, May 8th from 5:00p.m.-1:00a.m.  In-store specials or drawings at local businesses, and a variety of fantastic dining options.  Join us at THE GRAND for prize drawings, entertainment, and appetizers; doors opening at 8:00.

This Saturday, April 18th Northfield High School will be holding their Prom here at The Grand.    The doors open at 8:30 with the dance ending at 12:00.

Friday, April 24th @ 6:30 Health Finders is holding their 6th annual gala.  This years gala will provide an array of desserts and theatrical and musical entertainment.  Throughout the evening guests will bid on silent auction items contributed by community members and supporters.

On Wednesday, April 22nd  students from ARTech will be presenting an “Earthday” program including musical performances by students.   The evening kicks off at 6:00.

Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Creative Professionals Committee presents…The 1st Annual Auction, Jailhouse Rock.  Friday, April 3, 2009…Social /Networking & Appetizers start at 6:30, Jailbird Auction with auctioneer, Kevin Dahle at 7:30, local “Jailbirds” will be actioned off along with their services,  check chamber website for more information…(www.northfieldchamber.com), Scott the DJ will start the entertainment at 9:00.

Celebrating 25 years, Prairie Creek will be holding their annual fundraiser this Friday, March 20th starting at 7:00.  Live auction will run from 8:30-9:00 with music to follow.  Calll 645-9640 for tickets (they are $15.00 -adults only)

Friday, February 27th,  Northfield will be recognizing its business person of the year “David Shumway” and business of the year “Waste Management”.    The social hour begins at 5:30, dinner being served at 6:30, program and recognition at 7:15.  Musical entertainment “Relativity” sponsored by The Grand will begin at 8:30.

Tickets are $30.00 per person available at the Chamber office.

The Nortfield Fireman’s Annual Dance is 7:00 Saturday February 21st.  The band “Trailer Trash” will be playing.   Ticket price is $10.00, you can by them at the door or call 645-4255.  This is always a great event!
