At 6 pm, National Poetry Slam poets Michael Shaeffer and special guest Thadra Sheridan will stage an hour's worth of entertaining and engaging material. NO COVER! Performance content from the new book of pop-culture poetry and mayhem includes a Prince-themed Monopoly board, a reimagination of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, Walt Disney's dying words, a group celebration of Edvard Munch's painting The Scream, and a poor goldfish that keeps getting flushed in the Stephen King universe.
